Your provider
Care is provided by Jennifer Madu, DNP, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner licensed in Tennessee. She evaluates and diagnoses mental health conditions, prescribes and monitors medication when clinically appropriate, and provides brief talk therapy. Learn more on the Meet Jennifer Madu page.
How telehealth visits work
Visits take place on a HIPAA-compliant video platform. You need a device with a camera, a reliable internet connection and a private place to talk. You must be located in Tennessee at the time of your visit.
Services for Nashville patients
- Psychiatric evaluation (60-minute first visit)
- Medication management (30-minute follow-ups)
- ADHD evaluation and treatment
- Brief talk therapy, available alongside medication visits
- Care for depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, bipolar disorder and insomnia
Medication is prescribed only after an evaluation and only when clinically appropriate. An appointment does not guarantee a prescription. Details on controlled medications are in the FAQ.
