We offer psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and wellness support primarily through secure telehealth sessions. Limited in-person visits are available for initial assessments and medication management.  Serving Tennessee and Arizona. In-person visits are available in Nashville for Tennessee patients only. Arizona patients are seen by video.


  • Medication Management

    Prescribing psychotropic medications to get you well mentally. Treatment is for the following examples: depression, anxiety, panic, PTSD, OCD, bipolar, ADHD, sleep, etc.

  • Talk Therapy

    Cognitive Behavioral therapy and Solution Focused therapy is often used at Odinma Health to improve overall quality of life. Ages teens and up.  Further specialized therapy is referred to a board certified therapist that Odinma Health collaborates with to ensure you get the best care. 


  • Life Coaching

    Teaching lifestyle modifications in terms of managing complications from work or family, being a better person, finding your purpose, and achieving better health mentally, physically, financially, and spiritually. Self pay only.

  • Labs / Genetic Testing

    Providing labs as needed for medication management. Genetic testing may be offered when clinically appropriate. Results are one factor considered in treatment decisions.

  • Preceptorship

    Offer preceptorship to psychiatric nurse practitioner students. Preceptorship fee applies. Contact for details.
